The Goals for Week Commencing 9 January 2012

This week shall be a good week. I know this because I have no engagements that will lead me to alcohol and eating out bar a wee date with Himself at the cinema. I also know it will be a good week because this weeks dinners are prepared and freezng as we speak. Finaly, it will be a good week because I am joining Kettle Bells on Tuesday night.

The goals for this week?

- Join Kettle Bells
- Go for 45 minute runs
- Do 4 sessions of Davina's DVD
- Stay within my points
- Defrost my freezer
- Put clothes into wardrobe
- Loose 2lb

Simple and easy to achieve. Lets see where we get to this time next week.
