Thought for Today

If you know someone that is fighting to survive, or you think that they may be loosing that fight, get in touch with them.  Help them.  Be there for them.  Get them in touch with someone who can help. Visit or some other support services.  Tell them that their life is worth fighting for.

Mental health is everyone's problem.  Mind the people you love. Reach out to those that seem a little lost. Or, if you feel lost, just ask for help.
