Since last weeks goal setting went so well, I have decided to do it again this week and see how I go.

- 2 x Kettlebell classes
- 5 x 30 Minute workouts
- 3 x 30 minute jogs
- Defrost my freezer
- Clean the back bedroom
- Learn to make WW Scones
